Our beautiful ocean and the life that lives there, are at risk and we need to remind ourselves that they need looking after. To show your friends colleagues that you support the ocean, we’ve created some background downloads you can use in your video meetings. There are also instructions on how to use them in Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

How to use your own backgrounds in Zoom
- Download your favourite backgrounds above to your computer.
- Open Zoom and enter “Settings”.
- In the section “Virtual Background”, click the ‘+’ icon and select your favorite background stored on your computer. Important: Don’t forget to uncheck “Mirror my video” or you’ll view everything the wrong way round.
- You’re now ready to use it on your next video call!
How to use your own backgrounds in Teams (PC)
- Download your favourite backgrounds above to your computer.
- In Teams, right click on the camera icon and go to Background filters.
- Select 'Add new' and upload.
How to use your own backgrounds in Teams (Mac)
- Download your favourite backgrounds above to your computer.
- Locate the “Go“ dropdown menu at the top of your desktop and open “Go to folder...“.
- Then paste in the following text: ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Backgrounds/Uploads
- Copy the backgrounds you downloaded into the folder that opens up.
- Quit TEAMS and open it again
- You’ll your ocean images in the background effects (found in the ‘3 dots’ icon on your Teams control bar
