Ingredients
- 4 MSC certified hake medallions
- ½ cup boiling water
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 30 ml Worceshire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp chicken stock
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- ½ lemon
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper
Method
- In a large pan add boiling water, fresh cream, Worceshire sauce, chicken stock, crushed garlic, onion powder, chilli flakes, and corn flour, stirring constantly.
- Then add mushrooms, hake medallions, fresh parsley, seafood rub, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and cover to simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens up.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
